Refund and Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation before shipping – The user may cancel the order if it has not been shipped. The order can be cancelled by visiting the My Orders section on the website or by contacting the customer service team through email or phone.
Order Cancellation after shipping – Once the order has been shipped, cancellation of order will not be allowed.
As a policy, Hamperstory does not accept any returns. However, if you have received any damaged or defective product, you may contact Hamperstory’s Customer Service Team, within 24 hours of the receipt of the order, through email info@hamperstory.in or call us at +91 93685 58685 (Mon – Sat, 10 am – 6 pm). Our helpful and experienced team will help you deal with your return.
In case of refunds, the payment shall be made back to source, i.e. through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. Once the refund is processed by Hamperstory, it may take 7 to 10 days to reflect in your account / card, depending on the bank which has issued the card.
